Jeffrey R. Jones transferred to Ingold Chapel in 2009. Before that, he had been with Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Yucaipa since the day we became family owned once again in June of 2002. He has been in the funeral business since 1996, shortly after completing his enlistment in the United States Air Force. He began his interest in serving the families who have lost a loved one at the age of 13, when his own mother unexpectedly passed away. The funeral director that assisted his dad with the arrangements had such a positive impact that he knew that someday he wanted to be like him. At an age when most boys looked up to the firemen or the policemen as a career path to follow, Jeff was the kid who looked up to the funeral director. He has been honored to serve the people of Yucaipa for the past several years and looks forward to serving the families of this community for many years to come. Jeff has been married for the over 16 years to his wife Shawn, and together they have a daughter Felicia.
