We have expanded our lobby, and have made it more of a pleasant atmosphere. We have added more sitting room, along with brighter lighting throughout the facility.

Our Emmerson-Bartlett Funeral home has just completed an inside remodeling of the facilities. We have completely revamped the chapel with all new carpet, lighting, sound system, and even padded pews. We are continuing with the outside landscaping, and are in the process of placing a 50 foot tall flag to honor the veterans, and soldiers we have lost. The recently remodeled restrooms have made the ADA code standard.

We added a viewing overflow room to give families the time they need, and have built it to be larger than the average room. We have displayed some beautiful oil paintings and created the lighting to be the most comfortable as possible.

We have added a state-of-the art casket room and cremation room, to help ease some of the burden in making the decision of choosing a casket. It is the YMS room from York, and is intended to take away the shock and hardship in making this important choice. The ease of choosing brings the family up close to the casket, and lets them feel the unit, and understand the importance and difference between wood caskets and metal. The YMS room also lets you choose personalization within the caskets, Wilbert vaults, register books, floral arrangements, and even music. It gives you ideas to help make the funeral more meaningful.

Our cremation room is also designed to make funeral/cremation decisions easier. It helps creates more meaningful memorials and can build a memorial service to be more about the person, and their life. The room gives ideas as to final disposition of cremated remains, different ways to celebrate a person's life. The room is designed to help in floral arrangements, register books, and printed material.
