That was, to say the least, a very trying time, for me and my family. You helped handle my dad's VA Benefit Agreement on a cemetery, 9-gun salute, taps, and full service at the National Cemetery in Riverside. That made the day. My dad, a decorated vet for WW2, would have been proud.

At the actual service at your chapel, you made sure that Frank Sinatra was playing, and coffee was out for the attendees. Another great job.
